• Academic Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) subjects.
• Minimum Marks: At least 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 as well as 50% marks in aggregate of the PCM subjects.
• Diploma Holders: Candidates who have passed a 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate are also eligible.
• Valid Scorecard: Must possess a valid NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score OR a valid JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch) scorecard.

Step 1: Online Registration

Registration is the mandatory first step to participate in the counselling.

Step 2: Document Verification

After registration, candidates' documents are verified to confirm their eligibility.

• In most cases, document verification is done online based on the details and documents uploaded during registration.
• Candidates will receive an SMS/Email confirming successful verification.
• If there are discrepancies, candidates might be asked to re-upload documents or visit a help center (nodal center) for offline verification.

Step 3: Choice Filling and Locking

This is a critical step where candidates select their preferred colleges and branches.

• Log in to your account after successful document verification.
• View the list of available colleges and branches based on your eligibility.
• Select and arrange your choices in the order of priority. (It is highly recommended to fill in maximum choices to increase allotment chances).
• Review the selected choices carefully and lock them before the deadline. If not manually locked, choices will be auto-locked at the deadline.

Step 4: Seat Allotment

Based on merit and choices filled, the authority will release the seat allotment results.

• The allotment is purely based on the candidate's NATA / JEE Main Paper 2 Rank, reservation category, and the priority of choices locked.
• Candidates can check their allotment status by logging into the portal.
• If a seat is allotted, an Allotment Letter will be generated which must be downloaded.

Step 5: Reporting to the Allotted Institute

Once a seat is allotted and the candidate is satisfied, they must secure their admission.

• Download the provisional allotment letter.
• Report to the allotted college within the specified dates along with original documents and photocopies.
• Pay the requisite admission/tuition fee at the institute to confirm the seat.
• If a candidate wishes to upgrade their seat in the next round, they can opt for Upward Movement during reporting.
